SAP - Crisis Confident
OBJECTIVE:
To communicate a unified way to evaluate the level of a crisis, as well as how to respond.
THE PROBLEM
In a large multinational organization like SAP, there needs to be a uniform way to decide the level of a problem and how to react to it. Without a process, there is a large risk of employees making hasty decisions or acting in panic, which can cause unnecessary damage to the company.
SOLUTION
Looking to make a potentially drab piece of information more exciting and retainable, I recommended using a retro-style animation with a 50’s style of voice-over. Creative Director Megan had several years of experience as a TV anchor and recorded the voice-over.

Mythbusters - SAP & the Cloud
OBJECTIVE:
To poke holes in popular myths of the accessibility and user-friendliness of SAP products.
THE PROBLEM
SAP is a sizable, well-known, global corporation. This leads to presumptions that they only serve a specific clientele and have predetermined methods of operating. This time they wanted to show that they were already well invested in the cloud market and that they were not as complicated as their seniority might indicate.
SOLUTION
To show their audience and customers that they were not an old, behemoth of a company, they launched a series of videos called Mythbusters. Since they wanted to communicate differently, I proposed doing something out of the ordinary and drawing inspiration from the animated shorts of the British comedy group Monty Python. This was a successful strategy, as the video viewership increased by 143% in comparison to previous comparable videos.

Mythbusters - SAP Hana
OBJECTIVE:
To inform customers about the vast variety and cutting-edge quality of the SAP product suite.
THE PROBLEM
Again, since SAP is a large, established, global corporation, the public assumes that they are slower to adapt to new technology and too expensive to use.
SOLUTION
For success and continuity's sake, we chose to keep the style of the last two episodes. It was important to get a lot of information across, so a method that was both visually interesting and funny was the best choice.
